The AI-powered tools provided on 4founders are for informational and educational purposes only. Outputs should not be treated as professional legal, financial, investment, or business advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions made on the basis of information or outputs from our tools. Always seek qualified professional advice before making significant business decisions.
3. Affiliate and partner links
Some links on 4founders, particularly within the Founder Stack directory, are affiliate or referral links. We may receive a commission if you sign up to or purchase through these links. This is at no additional cost to you. Our editorial judgement is not influenced by affiliate relationships — we recommend only what we consider genuinely useful.
4. App Lab submissions
When you submit a tool idea to the App Lab, you grant 4founders a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that idea to develop tools or features for the platform. You retain ownership of your idea, but acknowledge that similar ideas may be independently developed or already in progress. Submissions must not contain illegal, offensive, or misleading content.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, tools, and design on 4founders is the property of 4founders unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
4founders is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on tool outputs, third-party links, or any service outage.

The Founder Stack contains links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or service terms. Use of third-party services is subject to those providers' own terms.
